Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high-quality food and service standards, and controlling inventory and supplies.

Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Inventory Control: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Work Setting: Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Will train, or equivalent experience.
