Front Desk Hotel Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Hotel Representative to join our team at Eagle Plains Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
- Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process departures, including calculating charges and receiving payments.
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as local points of interest.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Follow emergency and safety procedures, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
