Job Summary:

The Front Desk Hotel Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations.
  • Front Desk Operations: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and provide excellent oral communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
