Front Desk Hotel Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Hotel Clerk to join our team at Skky Hotel Inc.
Job Summary:The Front Desk Hotel Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations.
- Front Desk Operations: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide customer service.
- Computer and Technology: Utilize multi-line switchboard, word processing software, and central reservation system (CRS).
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
