Hotel Operations Manager

Toronto 8 Hotel Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of hotel staff, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest experiences, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations and Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Staff Development and Training: Hire, train, and develop hotel staff, focusing on excellent customer service, teamwork, and productivity.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on hotel performance, guest feedback, and operational metrics, providing insights for business improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer service and team management.
