We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Toronto 8 Hotel Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform supervisory duties, including training and mentoring staff, to ensure they meet the highest standards of service and quality.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel operations, including financial performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure the hotel has the necessary resources to operate effectively.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex issues and improve hotel operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve hotel goals and objectives.
