Job Title: Concrete Finishing Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Supervisor to join our team at Rainbow General Contracting. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing trades on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of concrete finishers, ensuring high-quality finishes and timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare and review production reports, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in concrete finishing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of supervising and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to work on construction sites.
