Rainbow General Contracting is seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of concrete finishing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of concrete finishers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Train and develop the skills of concrete finishers to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and expertise to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects and ensure that these are managed within budget.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site, and that workers are aware of and comply with these regulations.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in concrete finishing, with a proven track record of supervising and coordinating the work of others.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train others.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings, and to estimate costs and materials required for projects.
