Job Summary

Rainbow General Contracting is seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Supervisor to oversee the completion of concrete finishing projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in concrete finishing and strong leadership skills to manage a team of cement finishers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cement finishers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare and review production reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in the hiring process.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in concrete finishing.
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and lead a team of 3-4 people.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and hard hat are required.
