Rainbow General Contracting is seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing operations of our concrete projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of concrete finishers to ensure high-quality finishes.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule concrete finishing operations.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any quality control issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in concrete finishing, with a focus on supervisory or management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment, with a focus on quality control and safety.
