Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Supervisor to join our team at Rainbow General Contracting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the concrete finishing process, ensuring high-quality results, and leading a team of cement finishers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the concrete finishing team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Prepare and review production reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate and manage materials and equipment needs for the project.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in performance evaluations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Lead and instruct team members to achieve project goals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in concrete finishing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Physical ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
