About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our team at Freedom Home Care LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and overseeing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, provide coaching and development opportunities, and foster a positive work environment.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and financial planning.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, operations management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and experience with budgeting and financial planning.
