Job Title: Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at RC FAMILY ONTARIO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our organization and implementing our policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority
  • Establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 35 hours per week
Work Environment:

The Executive Director will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The successful candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
