We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at JAYVISHVA INC. as a General Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate the necessary authority to them.
- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, and formulate and approve promotional campaigns.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, and organized.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
