About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at Maple Route Logistics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
    • Authorize and establish major departments and associated senior staff positions
    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Financial Management
    • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure effective resource allocation
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to drive business growth
    • Approve overall human resources planning to support business objectives
  • Strategic Planning
    • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve them
    • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions to drive business growth
  • Team Management
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to support business objectives
    • Delegate authority and create optimum working conditions to ensure team success
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Interpersonal awareness and team player skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
