We are a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Executive Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Leadership: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Real estate industry.
  • Budgetary Responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people, committees, and contractors.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, judgment, and organized.
