Executive Chef Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef Manager to join our culinary team at Jollytops Restaurant.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing food preparation, and maintaining high standards of quality and service. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Cook Trade Certification
- Safe Food Handling certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- An estimated salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience
