Job Title: Executive Chef
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Le Petit Chef. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to a high standard
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
