About the Role

Cold Iron Truck Center Inc. is seeking a skilled Software Systems Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our software systems to ensure seamless operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Development: Modify and update existing computer programs to meet changing business needs.
  • Technical Communication: Clearly communicate technical issues, processes, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, manuals, and documentation on software status, operation, and maintenance.
  • Requirements Gathering: Assist in collecting and documenting user requirements to inform software development.
  • Specifications Development: Collaborate in the development of logical and physical specifications for software systems.
  • Research and Evaluation: Research and evaluate various software products to identify suitable solutions for our business needs.
  • Software Development: Write, modify, integrate, and test software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position with a standard workweek of 35 hours.
  • Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
