Job Title: Accounting Software Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems Inc. As a key member of our Dealer Management System (DMS) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional training and support to our customers on our industry-leading software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and develop an understanding of our PBS software
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing customers
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
  • Stay up-to-date with software updates and enhancements

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in the automotive industry or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 2 weeks per month
