Job Title: Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer

At PBS Systems Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Dealer Management System (DMS) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional training and support to our customers on our industry-leading software platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing customers
  • Provide expert support and guidance to customers on our DMS software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of our software
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software updates and features, and communicate changes to customers
  • Contribute to the development of new training materials and resources

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on fixed ops or DMS software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 2 weeks per month, with valid passport and/or US visa (if applicable)
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
