Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Wendy's. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise a team of 11-15 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Operations: Determine the type of services to be offered, implement operational procedures, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Financial Management: Cost products and services, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and manage inventory levels.
  • Technology: Utilize electronic cash registers, point of sale systems, and MS Office to manage daily operations and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
