- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, working to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload and tight deadlines. The position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a physically demanding environment.
Personal Suitability:- Accurate: Ability to accurately manage inventory, control costs, and maintain records.
- Client Focus: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer needs and resolve issues.
- Dependability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
Quesada Burritos & Tacos is a recognized employer, offering a permanent work term with 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
