Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, working to increase sales and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload and tight deadlines. The position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a physically demanding environment.

Quesada Burritos & Tacos is a recognized employer, offering a permanent work term with 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
