Job Title: Data Quality Engineering Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Engineering Lead to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a Data Quality Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data quality strategies and processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data quality strategies and processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data assets.
  • Lead and manage a team of data quality engineers to ensure the successful implementation of data quality initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data quality issues and develop solutions to address them.
  • Design and implement data quality metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of data quality initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain data quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data quality and apply this knowledge to improve our data quality processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data quality engineering or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills in data quality tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead and manage a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data quality issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ETL testing and Big Data testing.
  • Knowledge of GCP and GCP functionalities such as running DAGs and troubleshooting.
  • Python programming skills and experience with data integration and database management.
