Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to coordinate event hosting and entertainment services. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate event logistics, including setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Manage event timelines and ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Communicate with clients, artists, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event coordination.
  • Assist with event planning, including budgeting, vendor management, and logistical arrangements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and artists.

Requirements

  • College or university diploma in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid full G driver's license required.
  • Smart Serve certification or the ability to achieve it within 3 months.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, events, or entertainment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Computer literacy, including efficiency with Microsoft Office and email.

Work Environment Considerations

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be willing to submit to a criminal record check with results acceptable to our organization.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
