We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at CO-UP AUTO BODY REPAIR. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a private sector setting and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. They will also be proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Windows.

As an Office Administrator at CO-UP AUTO BODY REPAIR, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a private sector setting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Windows
