We are seeking a seasoned Sales professional to join our client's team as a Home-based Territory Business Growth Manager. Based in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, this role will focus on developing relationships with key stakeholders, including Engineering, Design, Safety, and Trades teams within End-User and Distributor organizations.

The primary objective of this position is to assist the sales team in identifying and cultivating new business prospects at both end-user and distribution levels. This includes encouraging Engineering firms to adopt and specify our products, exploring new business opportunities throughout the territory, and conducting regular presentations to enhance brand recognition and increase sales.

Responsibilities also include providing training and technical support to the field sales team and customers, staying up-to-date with industry knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and engaging in professional networks. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing opportunities through the company's CRM system.

To be successful in this role, you should have 3-5 years of sales experience within an industrial setting, a proven track record of finding success hunting new business in the Construction Industry, and a valid driver's license. Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
