About the Role:

This position is responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve sales objectives.
  • Implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships.
  • Utilize market research tools to identify opportunities and track sales performance.
  • Maintain regular communication with sales management and product management teams.
  • Drive performance of distributors to meet or exceed program and territory metrics.
  • Communicate market trends and product ideas to sales and product management teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7 years of business-to-business sales leadership experience with a track record of achieving sales objectives.
  • Strong background in direct sales to industrial end users.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
