Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Cross Iron Chicken Foods Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring that our team is well-equipped to meet the demands of our busy food service environment.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
