Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Director to join our team at Avayda Pest Control. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with clients, and leading a high-performing sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with experience in the pest control industry or a related field. You will be a strategic thinker, able to develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand client relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Manage and coach sales teams to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with experience in the pest control industry or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel to customer sites and may involve working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
