Field Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Langley, with a focus on expanding sales and customer relationships in the assigned territory. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role involves selling company products, prospecting new customers, servicing existing accounts, attending trade shows, conducting product presentations, and maintaining superior customer relations.
Responsibilities:- Sell company products and actively manage assigned customer accounts to increase market share.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all existing and potential customers through regular communication and timely issue resolution.
- Become a subject matter expert on company products and utilize knowledge to drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain key industry relationships to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on market trends.
- Identify and pursue new sales leads, including cold calling and targeting new businesses for expansion.
- Keep clients informed about marketing initiatives, promotions, and other relevant information that could benefit their operations.
- Train operations staff on product knowledge and sales best practices to ensure seamless delivery of company offerings.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and performance, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
Your Qualifications:- A minimum of 2+ years outside sales experience, preferably in the building industry.
- Proven track record of success in selling to builders, contractors, and remodelers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A results-driven approach to sales, with a passion for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
