Field Sales and Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Sales and Service Manager to join our team at Avayda Pest Control. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills to take on a challenging role in sales and customer service.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. As a senior sales professional, you will be working closely with our marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and relationship-building
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and exceed expectations
- Customer Service and Support
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and efficiently
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent results
- Mentor and train team members to develop their skills and knowledge
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven Sales Experience
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a related industry
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership and Team Management Skills
- Experience in leading and managing a team of sales professionals
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best

- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
We offer a competitive salary package including a base salary of $60,000 per annum, bonus structure, commission, health benefits, dental plan, vision care benefits, and opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
