We are seeking an experienced Excavation Site Manager to join our team at GBA Demolition & Excavating Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing excavation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule excavation activities to meet project deadlines
  • Supervise a team of workers and ensure they have the necessary training and equipment to perform their tasks safely and efficiently
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that projects are completed within budget
  • Collaborate with other project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in excavation or construction management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing excavation projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic security clearance
