Job Title: Excavation Site Supervisor

Big Dig Excavating Ltd. is seeking an experienced Excavation Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing excavation projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate excavation activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in excavation operations or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
