Job Title: Excavation Site Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Excavation Site Supervisor to join our team at Big Dig Excavating Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing excavation operations, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and coordinating work activities with other project supervisors or managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure efficient and safe excavation operations
  • Coordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers to meet project deadlines
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and implement measures to prevent accidents
  • Estimate costs and materials for excavation projects
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in excavation operations
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
