About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Victor Manohar. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
  • Develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service
  • Monitor and control kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create and execute menus that meet the needs of our customers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
