We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our kitchen team at Victor Manohar. As a key member of our management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our diverse customer base.
  • Lead and motivate a team of cooks, chefs, and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior kitchen management role, preferably in a quick-service or fast-casual environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
