Parisella, Vincelli Associates Consulting Group (PVA) is a dedicated and passionate group of professionals from a variety of professional disciplines. Our mandate is to improve our Clients' operational and financial performance through an integrated approach that includes:

  • Installation of a Management Operating System (MOS) in production, maintenance, and warehouse
  • A Performance Management System built into the Operating Model
  • Continuous improvement processes built into the Operating Model
  • Extensive coaching, development, and organizational alignment at all levels—from the executive management team to on-the-floor

We are currently seeking a highly driven Director of Business Development (DBD) to add to our growing team. The high-level role and responsibilities of the DBD position are:

  • Secure introductory meetings with C-Level executives at major North American corporations
  • Work in close partnership with the Senior Vice-President of Business Development (VPBD)
  • Manage the VPBD's calendar
  • Update and maintain databases for your assigned scope
  • Conduct research on existing and new business opportunities

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying leads
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Experience with sales databases
  • Tenacious and able to overcome obstacles while establishing contacts with C-Level executives
  • Highly responsible and accountable
