General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our food and beverage team at the Enercare Centre in downtown Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of venue operations, including financial management, staff supervision, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage a team of staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
- Proven track record of success in financial management, staff supervision, and customer service.
- Advanced food service sanitation training course certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.
