Job Title: General Manager

YASH WINDOW INDUSTRY LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our organization to success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of senior managers and directors to achieve organizational goals
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure optimal use of company funds
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the organization, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
