General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Collective Arts Toronto space. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Director, Spaces and the Brand Marketing team to plan and execute events, including concerts, trivia, and private parties.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Manage budgets, scheduling, and sales forecasting for the Toronto location.
- 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably with a background in hospitality or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in managing teams, driving revenue growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business results.
