Controller - Financial, Communications, and Business Services Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team at MY MORTGAGE CONSULTANT INC. as a Financial, Communications, and Business Services Executive.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Establish and maintain financial controls, formulate and approve budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Business Development: Develop and implement business strategies, identify new opportunities, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Communications: Represent the organization in negotiations, develop and implement communication plans, and ensure effective internal and external communication.
- Human Resources: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, and create optimum working conditions.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, establish performance metrics, and ensure accountability.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent financial management, business development, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Setting: Finance, with a focus on budgetary responsibility.
- Area of Work Experience: Management, product development.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and a large workload.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, judgment, and organized.
- Competitive Salary: $1,500,001 - $4,000,000.
