We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team at IMMEDIATE RESPONSE FORCE INC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial, communications, and business services functions of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorize and organize the establishment of major departments, and establish financial and administrative controls.
- Communications and Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, and establish objectives for the organization.
- Human Resources: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimum working conditions.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and establish a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior executive role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, judgement, and organizational skills.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
- Security and Safety: Bondable and willing to undergo a criminal record check.
- Transportation and Travel: Valid driver's license and willing to travel.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
