About the Role

eTeam Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to lead our Financial, Communications and Business Services department. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategic plans, and overseeing the financial and operational performance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
    • Manage and oversee the financial planning and budgeting process
    • Ensure effective financial reporting and analysis
  • Communications and Public Relations
    • Develop and implement communications strategies to enhance the company's reputation and brand
    • Manage and oversee public relations and media relations
    • Ensure effective internal and external communications
  • Business Development and Operations
    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
    • Manage and oversee business operations, including human resources, logistics, and supply chain management
    • Ensure effective risk management and compliance
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or communications
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in a senior executive role, preferably in a financial or business operations capacity
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
