About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team at Wealth Builders International. As an Executive Vice President, you will play a key role in driving the financial, communications, and business services strategy of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, work under pressure, and efficient interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic environment and make sound judgments.
