About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Executive Vice President to join our team at Cell Tech Electronics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the company's financial, communications, and business services strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective financial management and control.
  • Business Development: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization, formulate or approve policies and programs, and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Talent Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, creating a high-performing team.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Work Environment: Work under pressure, with attention to detail and a strong ability to multitask.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, efficient, and organized, with excellent oral and written communication skills, and sound judgement.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, with a flexible and adaptable work schedule.
