About Kochin Kitchen

We are a dynamic and innovative kitchen team seeking a skilled and experienced cook to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and preparing delicious meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Plan menus and estimate food requirements to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Staff Training: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Event Planning: Organize buffets and banquets to meet customer demands.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
