Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Develop and implement new recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, including sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks.
  • Plan and execute menus that meet quality standards and cater to diverse tastes.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and maintain a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English.
