As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:

* Plan and prepare menus for our buffet and special events
* Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
* Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
* Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu items and recipes
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
