Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at the Omniscient Wellness Centre Inc. in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team in the preparation and presentation of healthy and delicious meals for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
Requirements:
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Gluten-free
  • Mediterranean cuisine
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding
